JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard with the aid of case diary.

(2.) This is second application filed under section 439 Cr.P.C. Applicant Shakshi Sharma was arrested on 18.12.2019 in connection with Crime No.65/2016 registered at Police Station Crime Branch, District Bhopal for the offence punishable under Sections 363 , 366-A , 376(2) (n), 372, 373, 342, 506, 323, 294 of IPC and Section 5/6 of POCSO Act.

(3.) The first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on merit vide order dated 28.01.2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 54766/2019.
