Subodh Abhyankar, J. - (1.)This order shall also govern the disposal of M.Cr.C. No.34605/2020 as both the applications have arisen out of the same crime number.
(2.)M.Cr.C. No.33237/2020 is the second application for bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of applicant - Deepak Sharma and his first application i.e. M.Cr.C. No.23941/2020 was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 04.08.2020.
(3.)M.Cr.C. No.34605/2020 is the first application for bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf applicant - Chaitanya Kumar Hanote.
