JUDGEMENT

(1.) I.A. No.1285/2020, an application under section 301(2) of the Cr.P.C. is allowed. Heard on I.A. No.2267/2020 which is an application for interim bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested by Police Station Dehat Basoda in connection with Crime No.157/19 registered in relation to the offences punishable under sections 302 , 307 , 323 read with 34 of the IPC and 25/27 of the Arms Act .

(3.) The application has been moved on the ground that applicant being a private student of B.Com Final Year has filled his Examination Form from Govt. Hamidia Arts and Commerce College, Bhopal, and has to appear in the ensuing examinations, scheduled during the period 12/3/2020 to 1/4/2020.
