JUDGEMENT

M.Seetharama Murti, J. - (1.)The husband, who is the petitioner in HMOP.no.131 of 2018 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge's Court, Narasaraopet, filed these revisions assailing separate orders, dated 06.03.2019 and 18.07.2019, of the learned Judge of the said Court passed respectively in IA.no.772 of 2018 and IA.no.542 of 2019.
(2.)I have heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner - husband and of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent - wife. I have perused the material record.
(3.)The introductory facts, in brief, are as follows: - 'IA.no.772 of 2018 is filed by the respondent wife under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, requesting to grant interim maintenance pending disposal of the main OP and legal expenses. The trial Court partly allowed the said petition and awarded interim maintenance to her @ Rs.10,000/- per month from the date of the original petition, that is, 13.08.2018, till the disposal of the OP and also legal expenses in a lumpsum amount of Rs.10,000/-. IA.no.542 of 2019 is also filed by the wife to stay all further proceedings in the said OP filed by the husband for non-payment of interim maintenance and legal expenses awarded to her. In the order passed in the said IA.no.542 of 2019, the trial Court observed that if the husband fails to comply with the orders in IA.no.772 of 2018 and fails to deposit the amount within ten days from 18.07.2019, his pleadings in the OP will be struck off and his OP will be dismissed. Aggrieved thereof, the husband filed these revisions.'
