JUDGEMENT

Kongara Vijaya Lakshmi, J. - (1.)This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the docket order dated 30.04.2019 passed in IA No.337 of 2019 in IA No.301 of 2019 in OS No.304 of 2019 by the learned III Additional Munsif Magistrate, Ongole, Prakasam district.
(2.)The petitioners herein are the defendants 2 and 3, respondent No.1 herein is the defendant No.1 and respondent No.2 herein is the plaintiff in the suit. Respondent No.2 herein filed the suit for specific performance of agreement of sale dated 24.07.2014. Along with the said suit, he also filed IA No.301 of 2019 and the trial Court, by order dated 22.04.2019, granted ad-interim injunction directing the respondents/defendants therein not to alienate the petition schedule property and the said ad-interim injunction order is being extended from time to time. The petitioners herein who are defendants 2 and 3 in the suit filed IA No.337 of 2019 on 29.04.2019 seeking to vacate the said ad-interim injunction order and when the said vacate stay petition is not being disposed of by the trial Court even after filing counter by the other side, the present CRP is filed.
(3.)Since the main grievance of the petitioners in this revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the vacate stay petition, without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition with the following direction.
