(1.)With the consent of all the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition itself has been taken up for disposal.
(2.)The Writ is filed for a direction in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the actions of the 2nd to 5th respondents from evicting the petitioner from the land covered under R.S.No.560/1, Diwancheruvu, Rajanagarammandal without following the procedure contemplated under law as arbitrary, autocratic and against the principles of natural justice etc.
(3.)The petitioner is represented by Sri Chandrasekhar Ilapakurti. The 1st respondent is represented by the learned Assistant Solicitor General. Sri A. Laxminarayana appeared for the 2ndrespondent-National Highways Authority of India, who is the main answering respondent. The learned Government Pleader for revenue appeared for the 3rd to 5th respondents.
