(1.)Both the learned counsel consented for disposal of the writ petition at the admission stage itself and accordingly, the writ petition itself has been taken for hearing.
(2.)The writ petition is filed by a retired employee seeking relief of a declaration that the action of the respondents in not taking any steps to pay the amount towards gratuity and encashment of leave is arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the provisions of the A.P.Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 (for short 'the Act').
(3.)This Court has heard Sri C.Prakash Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Cooperation and Sri S.Dushyanth Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent.
