JUDGEMENT

Satyanarayana Murthy, J. - (1.)The 5th respondent in W.P.No.25528 of 2005 preferred this appeal under Clause 15 of Letters Patent, challenging the order passed by the Learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.25528 of 2005 dated 26.09.2018 filed by 1st respondent herein/writ petitioner whereby the 1st respondent herein/writ petitioner was recognized as a founder family member.
(2.)Parties to the appeal are herein after referred to as 5th respondent and petitioner for convenience sake. The Surname of Brahma Reddy was mentioned as "Dwarapudi" whereas in the Writ Petition it is mentioned as "Dwarampudi". Hence, to avoid confusion, the Surname of Brahma Reddy is referred to as "Dwarampudi".
(3.)The 1st respondent/Dwarampudi Brahma Reddy filed Writ Petition No.25528 of 2005 for issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of Deputy Commissioner, Endowments Department, Kakinada vide R.Dis.No.A4/7704/2003 dated 02.06.2003 as confirmed by order dated 30.09.2005 passed in Revision Petition No.185 of 2004 by the Regional Joint Commissioner, Multi Zone-1, Endowments Department, Kakinada as arbitrary, illegal, capricious, highhanded and violate all cannons of law and consequently direct the respondent to appoint Sri Rami Reddy, S/o.Ramakrishna Reddy, the proposed party to revision petition and petitioner and other male issues of the founder members as representative of founders families and appoint the petitioner as Trustee of Sri Kodandaramaswamy Temple, Gollalamamidada village, Pedapudi Mandal, East Godavari District.
