JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. A.S. Siddiqui, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. A.G Momin, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant matter with liberty to file afresh, if so advised.

(2.) Prayer is allowed, with liberty as prayed.

(3.) Accordingly, the instant matter stands closed on withdrawal.
