(1.) Mr. K. Ch. Gautam, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits that an affidavit of service of notice upon the respondent No. 10 and 11 has been filed, bringing on record the fact that inspite of receipt of notice, the respondent No. 10 and 11 failed to appear before this Court. As such, he prays that this matter may proceed ex-parte against the said respondents. Prayer is allowed.
(2.) Accordingly, the matter shall proceed ex-parte against the respondent No. 10 and 11 respectively.
(3.) Ms. A. Paul, learned ASG on behalf of respondent No. 1 and 2 prays that she may be allowed 3(three) weeks to file the counter affidavit.;
