(1.) Heard Mr. A. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners who at the outset had submitted that against the order dated 05.11.2019 passed by the Hon'ble Gauhati High Court in WA. No. 266 of 2018, whereby the matter was remanded to the Single Bench of this High Court, a Special Leave Petition has been preferred before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, however due to the prevailing situation, the matter could not be listed, except that Diary No. 10154 of 2020 was allotted as evident of filing.
(2.) It is further submitted that this matter may be adjourned for the day to allow the petitioners to take necessary steps.
(3.) Mr. Philemon Nongbri, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1-3 has no objection to the same.;
