JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE returnable forthwith. Heard by consent.

(2.) THE Petitioner had approached this Court for a direction to the Respondent No.1-The Director of Education to release the salary grants of the Respondent No.2-Shri Durga English High School.

(3.) IN this view of the matter, we see no reason to entertain the petition any further. The Director of Education shall clear the salary bill for the month of May, 2007 onwards within 15 days of receiving such bills. Order accordingly. Rule disposed of accordingly.
