JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Parikshit Sawant for the Petitioners, Mr. T. Gawas holds for Mr. Deep Shirodkar, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State, Mr. C. A. Ferreira appears along with Mr. D. Zaveri for Respondents No. 6 to 23 and Mr. Sudin Usgaonkar, learned Senior Advocate appears along with Ms. A. Rodrigues for Respondents No. 24 and 25.
