Sunil B.Shukre, J. - (1.) Leave to amend Prayer Clause No.2 by changing the date of the impugned order is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.
(2.) Rule, made returnable forthwith. Heard forthwith finally by consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
(3.) This petition questions the reasonableness, correctness and legality of the order dated 24.06.2019 directing preventive detention of the petitioner under Section 3(2) of the Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Slumlords, Bootleggers, Drugs Offenders, Dangerous Persons, Video Pirates, Sand Smugglers and Persons Engaged in Black Marketing of Essential Commodities Act, 1981 (hereinafter referred to as "MPDA Act").;
