(2.) This application has been filed seeking the release of the appellant on bail in S.T. No.331 of 2012 (State vs. Rameshwar and others) arising out of Case Crime No.18 of 2012, under sections 498A, 304B, 201 I.P.C. and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Nibohar, District- Agra.
