JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Ashok Nath Tripathi learned counsel for the appellant and Sri A.N. Mulla, Sri Saghir Ahmad, Sri J.K. Upadhaya and Sri Rajeev Sharma learned A.G.As for the State.

(2.) This appeal is directed against the judgement and order dated 28.05.1983 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Non-Metropolitan Area, Kanpur in Sessions Trial no. 297 of 1982 arising out of case crime no. 263 of 1982 under Section 302 IPC by which the appellant has been convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for life under Section 301 and 302 IPC and rigorous imprisonment for five years under Section 307 IPC.
