JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri O. P. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri C. P. Singh, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.

(2.) Facts in brief of the present case are that in the year 2011, licence of fair price shop has been allotted to the petitioner under Public Distribution System. On 29.06.2012, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Safipur, District-Unnao issued a show cause notice to the petitioner in which five charges levelled against him and licence of fair price shop was also suspended.

(3.) On 03.09.2012, petitioner submitted his reply to the show cause notice denying the charges levelled against the petitioner.
