JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since both the appeals arise out of the same judgment and orders dated 11.05.2010 passed in Sessions Trial No. 311 of 2009 [State Vs. Dr. Mangat Ram and another], they have been heard together and decided by a common order.

(2.) In the aforesaid appeals, the appellants Dr. Mangat Ram and Vijay Kumar Kamboj have been convicted and sentenced as under:
