JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Ambika Prasad Pathak, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri M.E. Khan, learned State counsel and perused the record.

(2.) Facts, in brief, of the present writ petition are that petitioner filed a suit under Section 229-B of the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act,1950 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) registered as Suit No. 117/185/05-06 before Upper UpZiladhgikari, Sadar, Lucknow, decided by order dated 27.03.2006.

Order dated 27.03.2006 has been challenged by the petitioner by filing an Appeal No. 398B/05-06, dismissed by order dated 31.01.2007 passed by Additional Commissioner (Administration), Lucknow Division, Lucknow, thereafter petitioner moved an application for restoration/recall of the order dated 31.01.2007, dismissed by an order dated 01.07.2014.
