(2.) THE petitioner has filed this writ application for quashing the impugned orders dated 30.11.1998 and 26.6.1999 passed by respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

(3.) AGGRIEVED by the impugned orders dated 30.11.1998 and 26.6.1999 the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
