JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE writ petition has been preferred challenging the order dated 09.10.2002 passed by the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal in M.A.No.3952 of 2002 in O.A.No.1228 of 2002.

(2.) IT appears that the first respondent K.Kamalakkannan having been reinstated in service, the Works Manager, Police Transport Workshop cum Training School, has written a letter to the Registrar Judicial to allow the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. The order of reinstatement dated 13.8.2007 has been enclosed along with the said letter.
