JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned notification Na.Ka.No.793/2018 Voo.A4, dated 26.03.2018 inviting applications for filling up vacancy of Panchayat Secretary of Koilmathimangalam Village, Kalasapakkam Panchayat Union.

(2.) No cogent grounds have been made out in the writ petition for interference with the notification impugned.

(3.) This Court, in exercise of its writ jurisdiction, intervenes wherever there is injustice to a segment of the society or where there is breach of any right.
