JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition is filed for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to issue Hall Ticket to the petitioner under Registration No. 2012118058 to enable the petitioner to sit for the 5th semester B.E.(Mechanical Engineering) Tamil (Full time) examinations, which has commenced on 31.10.2015 in the respondent University and publich the results for the said examinations.

(2.) The petitioner joined B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) Course in the respondent University during the academic year 2012-2013 and he is doing his 5th semester at present. The grievance of the petitioner is that for the 5th semester examination, he has not been issued with Hall Ticket on the ground of lack of attendance.
