JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second Respondent to issue patta for the land in S. No. 41/42 in Azhiyanilai Village in Aranthangi Taluk in the name of the Petitioner within the time frame that may be stipulated by the court.

(2.) Heard the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. appearing for the Respondents.
