SONIA GOKANI,J. - (1.) The petitioners are before this Court seeking police protection as the marriage is intercaste and they are apprehensive of the wrath of the family of petitioner no.1.
(2.) This Court has heard learned advocate Mr. Agrawal for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
(3.) The Court has also regarded that both the petitioners are major and they got married on 13.09.2018. The registration of marriage is on 15.12.2018.;
