JUDGEMENT

A.P.Thaker,J. - (1.) Heard Mr.I. M. Patel, learned advocate for the applicant and Ms.Moxa Thakker, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State through Video Conferencing.
(2.) The present application is filed, after filing of the charge-sheet, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with an FIR being C.R.No.A/ 11191004200434/2020 registered with Amraiwadi Police Station, District: Ahmedabad for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 450, 328, 506(2) and 120(B) etc. of the Indian Penal Code.
(3.) Mr.Patel, learned advocate appearing for the applicant has submitted that the present applicant is a lady, aged about 18 years. He has submitted that the present applicant is not named in the FIR and there was love affair. He has submitted that since the charge-sheet is filed, the presence of the applicant is not required in the investigation and she may be enlarged on bail. He has submitted that the applicant will not flee away from the justice and abide by all the conditions that may be imposed by this Court, while enlarging her on bail. Learned advocate for the applicant has further submitted that considering the nature of evidence, role attributed to the applicant and punishment prescribed, this application for bail may kindly be considered and the applicant may be released on bail on stringent conditions.;
