JUDGEMENT

Rajendra M. Sareen,J. - (1.) The present successive application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the applicant for regular bail in connection with an FIR being C.R.No.11206045201457 of 2020 registered with Mehsana City 'B' Division Police Station, District: Mehsana for the offences under Sections 406, 409, 272, 273, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 13(1)(a) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
(2.) Learned advocate for the applicant submits that considering the nature of allegations, role attributed to the applicant, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions. He further submits that the applicant is transferred from Mehsana to Haryana and therefore, there is no possibility of tampering with the evidence.
(3.) Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State has opposed grant of regular bail looking to the nature and gravity of the offence.;
