- (1.)The present application has been preferred by the applicant-original petitioner to condone the delay of 96 days caused in preferring the application for restoration of Arbitration Petition, which has been dismissed for non-prosecution.
(2.)Heard Shri Champaneri, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant-original petitioner and Shri Dhiraj Patel, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent.
(3.)Considering the averments made in the application and so as to give him one additional chance to submit his case on merits in the restoration application, delay caused in preferring the restoration application is hereby condoned.
