(1.) RULE. Shri M.R. Mengde, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent no. 1, Shri Dipal Raval, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent no. 2 and Shri Gandhi, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondents nos. 3 to 7.
