JUDGEMENT

M.C.JAIN, J. - (1.)HEARD learned counĀ­sel for the applicant and learned G.A.
(2.)THE medical report shows that the prosecutrix was aged about 16-18 years. The incident allegedly took place on 1.10.2000. The report was lodged on 6.10.2000, though the recovery of the girl was made on 3.10.2000. The statement of the prosecutrix under Section 164 Cr. P.C. shows that she roamed about with the applicant to different places without making any hue and cry. Without saying anything further at this stage. This court is satisfied that the case for bail is made out.
Let the applicant be released on bail in case crime no. 109 of 2000 u/ss 363, 366, 376, 323, 506, I.P.C. P.S. Pathri , District Haridwar to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. Haridwar.
