JUDGEMENT

P.C.VERMA, J. - (1.)LEARNED counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer that the amount sought to be recovered may kindly be ordered to be recovered in instalments.
(2.)CONSIDERING the facts and circumstances, I hereby direct that the amount shown in the citation be recovered in quarterly four equal instalments. The first instalment will fall due after one month from today and in the last instalment simple interest on the total amount due shall also be included alongwith recovery charges. The respondents are directed not to charge compound interest on the amount of loan from the petitioner.
(3.)SUBJECT to above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
