JUDGEMENT

SHIRCY V., J. - (1.) This is an application for pre-arrest bail.
(2.) The petitioners 2 and 3 are the accused 2 and 3 in Crime No.2641/2016 of Kundara poilce station registered under the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 326, 506(1) read with Section 149 of IPC.
(3.) The prosecution allegation is as follows: On 28.10.2016 at about 12 'O' Clock, the petitioners along with other accused have formed themselves into an unlawful assembly and trespassed into the residential house of the de facto complainant and showered obscene words towards her and manhandled her. The petitioners have beaten one Amal Sunil who was present in the residential house of the de facto complainant with an iron rod causing fracture and other serious injuries and thereby, the petitioners have committed the aforesaid offences.;
