PRAVEEN Vs. STATE OF KERALA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) Petitioner is the 2nd accused in Crime No.955 of 2022 of Anchalummoodu Police Station, Kollam District registered alleging commission of offences punishable under Ss. 294(b), 302, 323, 324, 341 r/w 34 of IPC.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, on 15/10/2022 at about 4.30 pm, A1 manhandled his father in -law, when he stabbed his own wife and hit his head against the wall and grabbed the knife from the hands of deceased and stabbed in the back of her ear. The 2nd accused beaten the deceased with his hands and pushed him down and kicked him. A3 sprayed chilly water to his face and used filthy language.
