JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) Petitioner is the 2nd accused in Crime No.360/2022 of Njarakkal police station, alleging commission of offences under Ss. 341, 323, 324, 326 and 307 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Allegation against the petitioner is that owing to the previous enmity of the accused towards the injured (friend of the de facto complainant), the petitioner attacked him causing serious injuries. Owing to the attack, several injuries including fracture to his facial bone are reported.
