JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is a 2nd year B.Com.student (IV Semester) in the 1st respondent-College, which is affiliated to the 2nd respondent-University.

(2.) THE whole action that is challenged herein is in respect of Exhibit P10 communication by the Principal of the College, wherein the College has decided to give Transfer Certificate to the petitioner. It appears that there was an enquiry by a Committee, which led to the passing of the order Exhibit P10

(3.) THEREFORE, there will be a direction to the petitioner to file an appropriate application/revision/appeal to the Chairman of the Board of Adjudication of Students' Grievances, who will place the matter before the Committee and after hearing the petitioner and the Principal of the College, a decision will be taken in the matter expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of submission of the application. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
