Sunil Kumar Sinha, J. - (1.) Heard.
(2.) Case-diary of Crime No. 140 of 2004 registered at Police Station: Magarioad district Dhamtari for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366-A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code perused.
(3.) The case of the prosecution is that a report of abduction was lodged on 29/6/2004 by the father of the prosecutrix namely Bhuvreshwari Bai stating that the girl was missing from 26/6/2004. The girl was recovered on 26/9/2004. The statement of the girl was recorded in which she disclosed that she had gone with applicant to Assam and there they performed marriage also.;
