This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 60/2020 registered at Police Station Sariya, District - Raigarh C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294, 506, 323 & 307 of the I.P.C.

(3.) The first bail application of the applicant Hemsagar Patel (Malakar) was dismissed as withdrawn by a detailed order passed in MCRC No.6153 of 2020.
