JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ appeal is directed against order dated 14.11.2017 passed by the Hon'ble Single Judge in Writ Petition No.38721/2016, whereby, the Hon'ble Single Judge has quashed orders dated 23.06.2016 and 22.06.2016 and directed to constitute a fresh Managing Committee for Shri Mahalingeshwara Temple, Puttur.

(2.) We have heard Shri K.N. Phanindra, learned advocate for appellants; Shri A.Keshava Bhat, learned advocate for caveator/respondent No.1; Shri B.S.Sachin, learned advocate for respondent No.2; and Shri V.Sreenidhi, learned AGA for respondents No.3 and 4.

(3.) For the sake of convenience, parties shall be referred to as per their status in the writ petition.
