B.A. Patil, J. - (1.) These appeals have been preferred by the appellants/claimants being aggrieved by the judgment and award passed by Prl.Senior Civil Judge and AddL. MACT., Gokak (hereinafter referred to as 'the Tribunal', for short), in M.V.C.Nos.94,95,96,97 and 98 of 2014 dated 29.04.2016.
(2.) Though the matter is listed for orders, with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is taken up for final hearing and disposed of by this judgment.
