JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN WP No. 6817/2013, Sri. R. Devdas, AGA is directed to take notice for respondent nos. 1 to 3. Sri. K.N. Phanindra, Advocate takes notice for respondent no. 4. In WP Nos. 7716 -7717/2013, Sri. K.N. Phanindra, Advocate takes notice for respondent no. 1. Sri. R. Devdas, AGA is directed to take notice for respondent nos. 2 and 3. At the request of all the parties, the matter is heard and decided on merits at the stage even before admission.

(2.) THE tenure of 7 Municipal Corporations, 43 City Municipal Councils, 93 Town Municipal Councils and 64 Town Panchayats expire between February 2013 and 2nd April 2013. But the majority of the tenure of the local bodies expire by the. end of February 2013.

(3.) WP No. 45231/2013. was filed by the State Election Commission for a direction to the State Government to furnish a Final Notification of Reservation of seats to all the wards of 209 Urban Local Bodies/Municipal Bodies etc. This Court in the said Writ. Petitions gave an order prescribing the Time Table to be followed for conducting the Election which is as follows; -
