(1.) THE trial court has rejected the Miscellaneous Petition filed by petitioner for consolidation of suits. Therefore, she is before this court, invoking section 115 CPC.

(2.) IF the trial court had accepted the Miscellaneous Petition filed by petitioner that would not have resulted in termination of proceedings.
