JUDGEMENT

(1.) I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE point in issue in this writ petition is covered by a decision of this Court in <CASESREFERED>W.P. Nos. 22235 to 22256/2010 disposed of on 15.9.2010 (between Anil Kumar K.C. and Ors. v. The Vice Chancellor and Ors.</CASESREFERED>).

(3.) PURSUANT to the interim order passed by this Court, the Petitioner was permitted to appear for the I and II semester MBA Examinations conducted by Bangalore University (the 2nd Respondent). However, results have not been declared by the 2nd Respondent. The 2nd Respondent is directed to permit the Petitioner to appear for the ensuing III semester MBA Examination. The 2nd Respondent shall not declare the result of the examination token by her even in respect of III semester MBA course. Declaration of results of the examination taken by the Petitioner pursuant to the interim orders passed in this case is subject to the decision, which may be taken by the University of Mysore.
