JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order.

(2.) While setting aside the selections, the High Court in Para 123 of the impugned order observed:

(3.) While issuing notice in the present matters this Court by its order dated 04.08.2014 stayed the directions contained in aforesaid para 123 of the impugned order.
