JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard learned counsel for the parties yesterday and today.

(2.) After hearing detailed arguments and going through the records, we are of the opinion that the matter is eminently worth settling.

(3.) We are glad that both learned counsel for the parties have agreed to settle the matter. Learned counsel for the respondent has agreed to the settlement on instructions from Mrs. Ishita Jitendra Dagaonkar, w/o Shri Jitendra Dagaonkar (respondent No.2), who is present in Court.
