"REGENT DATATECH PVT. LTD." is a Company incorporated on 9th January, 1991 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. Since its inception to 1995, the Company was busy in carrying out the activities related to various Banks' Job Work for data processing mainly pertaining to Capital Market i.e. Processing Share/Debenture Applications Forms, their Allotment and Refunds etc. During the Year 1996 to June 1998 the Company remained dormant due to slack situation in Capital Market. At present Mr. Navin J. Desai, Managing Director of the Company and Mr. Ankit N. Desai, Executive Director of the Company manages the company. Mr. Navin J. Desai is the founder of the unique Project of Interactive CD and being a Professional person he gave new direction to the Company and ultimately the Project activities stalled from July 1998. Mr. Ankit N. Desai being Technocrats provided technical support to the project. The success of the project is the result of skills, expertise, experience, intellectual and analytical abilities of both of the Directors and contribution made by sincere and hardworking staff.
